Smart Tec is a leading manufacturer of automatic doors, industrial shutters, cleanroom solutions, and loading bay equipment. We’re looking to expand our digital footprint and outperform top competitors (e.g., Avians, GEAPL, Cronax) with a smart in-house digital strategy.

Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing our website traffic, managing paid ad campaigns, improving search rankings, and generating qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

• Conduct competitor SEO analysis and keyword research (focus on “dock leveler”, “high-speed doors”, “rolling shutter”, etc.)
• Optimize website content, meta tags, alt text, and technical SEO
• Improve domain authority, speed, mobile usability
• Plan and execute backlink strategies (White hat only)
• Monitor ranking improvements and prepare monthly reports

Google Ads (Search & Display):

• Plan, launch, and manage high-converting Google Ads campaigns
• Research and implement high-ROI keywords
• Create compelling ad copy and landing pages with CTAs
• Setup conversion tracking, A/B testing, and remarketing
• Optimize daily bids and ad budgets

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track leads, conversions, click-through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL)
• Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush or similar tools
• Share weekly and monthly performance reports with action plans

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads (industrial/B2B preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, Google Search Console
• Familiar with WordPress, basic HTML, and page speed optimization
• Ability to analyze competitor digital strategies
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads & Analytics Certification (preferred but not mandatory)
• Worked on SEO/Ads for manufacturing or industrial sector
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and industrial lead generation
