Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive to join our dynamic digital marketing team specializing in IT services and market research solutions. The ideal candidate will support the execution of SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, improve search engine visibility, and enhance the online presence of both our internal brands and client projects.

This role is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-growing company at the intersection of technology, digital growth, and data-driven research marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform keyword research and competitive analysis aligned with IT and research-based digital services.
  • Assist in creating and executing on-page and off-page SEO strategies for websites and landing pages.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, internal links, image alt texts, and URL structures.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console; provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and research teams to develop SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and service pages.
  • Monitor and manage backlink outreach, including analyzing link profiles and building authority backlinks.
  • Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Track, measure, and report on SEO and website performance using Google Analytics and related tools.
  • Contribute to local SEO efforts (Google Business Profile optimization, NAP consistency, local listings).
  • Assist with technical SEO enhancements, including page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and core web vitals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Communications, or a related field.
  • Foundational knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.).
  • Understanding of basic HTML/CSS for SEO-related changes (a plus).
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good command of written and verbal communication.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of SEO, digital marketing, and IT-driven research.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points):

  • Basic experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
  • Familiarity with content marketing and social media strategy.
  • Exposure to link-building campaigns and blogger outreach.
  • Interest in B2B digital trends, analytics, and market research.
