Senior UI Designer

We are seeking a skilled Senior UI Designer with 4 to 6 years of experience who is passionate about crafting beautiful and highly usable interfaces. This role will primarily focus on visual and interface design, while also driving key user experience (UX) activities. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to deliver engaging, user-friendly digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

UI Design

• Create visually compelling, pixel-perfect user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity prototypes and final designs.
• Ensure consistency across all product touchpoints aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

UX Design

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and journey maps to define product structure and interactions.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex user problems and optimize workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong emphasis on UI design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI craftsmanship and solid UX process.
• Expertise in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX principles including user research, usability testing, and interaction design.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
