About the Role

Senior UI Designer

You’ll work closely with other designers, product teams, and stakeholders to build seamless, delightful experiences across both mobile and web platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in an environment where design drives decisions and is excited to take ownership of projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design efforts across multiple projects, setting the art direction and ensuring design consistency.
• Create and maintain design systems that scale across teams and products.
• Work collaboratively with product designers, developers, and cross-functional teams to define and execute UI solutions.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and fostering growth.
• Translate complex product requirements into elegant and intuitive user interfaces.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure pixel-perfect execution of designs, from concept to hand-off.
• Advocate for design excellence across the organization, maintaining a high visual and UX standard.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of UI or visual design experience, preferably in a product or DTC brand environment.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile interfaces.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), with the ability to build scalable components and systems.
• A track record of setting visual direction and delivering polished, high-quality UI design.
• Ability to take initiative, make confident design decisions, and follow through without heavy oversight.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the willingness to mentor and learn from others.
