What You Will Be Doing Utilize AI-enhanced tools to resolve intricate tickets that AI cannot fully address, applying your expertise to improve the AI's capabilities. What You Won’t Be Doing Taking an extended period to learn the ropes; you'll be expected to grasp several products within a month. Relying heavily on managers for assistance; if you're not skilled at overcoming obstacles independently, this role may not suit you. Senior Technical Support Analyst Key Responsibilities Blend technical expertise and AI tools to provide outstanding customer support, addressing complex issues beyond AI's current capabilities. Basic Requirements A minimum of 4 years in a technical customer support or engineering role. Advanced proficiency in generative AI, including the use of multiple AI tools and automation of workflows; if your experience is limited to research or content generation, it won't suffice.
