Job Information Date Opened 15/05/2025 Job Type Full time Industry Technology Work Experience 5-7 years City Noida Province Uttar Pradesh Country India Postal Code 201303 Job Description Partner with business for external hiring requirements across business including technical and non-technical requirements Personally take responsibility of leadership hiring and non-tech hiring across different functions as per organization requirements Vendor management for placement consultants, onboard quality partners and ensure they provide good quality as per the SLA’s Cost management: Ensure the cost of hire is best in the industry Candidate experience: ensure the NPS for candidate experience is positive and above industry standard Quality of hire: Make sure the quality if hire is excellent, set up a measurement like ‘early attrition performance rating etc. Process efficiency: Manage time to hire and fulfilment rate as per the agreed standard in line with industry Team management: be able to lead small TA team and support and guide them as needed Process compliance: Make sure that there is 100% process compliance Make management reporting and dashboards on periodic basis. Stay updated with the current TA trends for process and technology and adopt the best industry practices Requirements 6+ year of experience as TA professional of which at least 4 – 5 years in IT industry preferably in IT product domain / Conversational AI space Knowledge and experience of best industry practices in hiring rockstar candidates across roles at junior to senior level in an IT product / services industry for regular and contingent hiring Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders like hiring managers, business leaders and candidates; Effective in hiring as per requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Team Handling: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring they meet or exceed their targets. High on influencing skills , relationship building, negotiation and process orientation Proven ability to manage and mentor small team of TA professionals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. We take transparency very seriously. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for hiring a rockstar team independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
