🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile user interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.
• Implement and configure mobile app navigation, branding, and user settings within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX teams to create intuitive and responsive mobile applications.
• Integrate ServiceNow mobile apps with platform components such as Forms, Lists, Notifications, and Approvals.
• Optimize mobile app performance and troubleshoot issues with detailed root cause analysis.
• Leverage ServiceNow Applets, Mobile Studio, and Flow Designer to implement custom mobile functionality.
• Maintain expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, REST APIs, and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
• Apply UI Policies, UI Scripts, and Client Scripts effectively in mobile development.
• Work in Agile teams and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Ensure delivery of scalable, maintainable, and secure mobile solutions.
• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

🎓 Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• ServiceNow CAD certification highly preferred.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
