Oracle Applications SME with Pre-sales/Solutioning experience (Solution Architect)

Looking for candidates with Oracle Applications expertise– Solution Architect with Pre-sales/consulting experience.

Qualified candidates must have an MBA (IIMs or SP Jain etc.), CA.

6 - 12 years of experience in both Oracle ERP Financials Cloud and Oracle E Business Suite Financial Modules and /or Supply Chain Management etc.

Must be knowledgeable about Oracle EBS and Financials Cloud (AP, AR, GL, CM, FA, Projects, Fusion Tax etc.). and /or Supply Chain Management etc.

Capable of supporting pre-sales initiatives, building POC, engaging with clients on solutioning, and being adept at writing proposals, etc.

Demonstrable consulting capabilities; good presentation skills.

In-depth knowledge on the functional flows (financial record to report, sub-ledgers to the general ledger, period-end, reconciliations, procure to pay, order to cash, etc.) Finance processes: payables, receivables, general ledger, expenses, fixed assets, cash management, planning, financial consolidation etc.

Should have ERP Cloud implementation experience.

Gathering and analysing business requirements aligns with best practices to implement a technical solution.

Defining new and refining existing business processes in the financials area.

Ability to quickly understand and decompose financial, business, and technical concepts.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model.

Please avoid pure delivery/managed services/application support profiles.

EBS and Fusion Finance Architect role (AP,AR,GL,FA, CM and Adv. Collections etc.) – Implementation/project experience 4+ years on each application.

Working in Presales /Business Consulting opportunities/Doing Assessment– (should have this word or a synonym in their profile)

Providing solutions/doing consulting and

Doing client presentations

To the customers during proposal /bid stage (not during project work)

Proposal preparation including pricing etc. on EBS and Fusion Finance Areas.

Finance Domain expertise. CA/MBA preferable with all the above.

Worked on building solutions to take to other customers. “
