Senior Software Engineer - MS Dynamics CRM

• Design, develop and maintain business applications and/or technical components (at the beginning, the applications are already developed in Paris)
• Perform unit & integration test
• Deploy new application releases in the qualification environment
• Provide level 3 expertise/assistance to support APS team

Responsibilities

• Design and develop components/applications on technologies with various frameworks
• Work in an agile environment
• Provide support and help the team's junior developers to grow technically.
• Participate in agile rituals in an organization on the way to be "agile at scale",
• Interact and contribute with our developers communities and more broadly of the IT sector within BNPP Paribas worldwide

• Contribute to develop Real Estate IT Strategy

• Intermediate level technical experience on:
  1. MS Dynamics 365
  2. Dynamics 365 OnPremise
  3. Dynamics 365 Online
  4. Customization and Configuration in Dynamics 365
  5. Web resource development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  6. Dynamics 365 plugin development (C# .Net)
  7. API REST
  8. SQL Server Data Tools (SSIS, C# .Net)
  9. SQL Server Data Tools (SSRS, FetchXml)
  10. Power Platform
  11. Power Apps, Customer Insight, Azure Service Bus

• Technical management experience on:
  1. Dynamics 365 best practice implementation
  2. Azure eco-system architecture knwoledge
  3. Technical standard definition and implementation
  4. Technical conception and workload estimation
  5. Coordination skills with different technical teams
  6. Development quality quarantee
