Fivebro Water Services Private Limited seeks a dedicated Senior Service Engineer Service Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring a candidate with up to 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in water treatment and customer relationship management, contributing significantly to both technical projects and client satisfaction.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to oversee complex water treatment projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Highly skilled in troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Expertise in preventive maintenance strategies to ensure the longevity and reliability of systems.
  • Proficient in project management to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
  • Must have strong customer relationship management skills to maintain high levels of client satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
  • Essential knowledge in all aspects of water treatment technology and processes (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage water treatment service projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are anticipated and met.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Implement and advocate for preventive maintenance strategies to optimize service effectiveness.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry standards and technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff.
