Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Senior Sales Associate. The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, conducting property site visits, providing real estate advisory services to clients, and meeting sales targets. The role involves liaising with real estate developers, brokers, and financial institutions to facilitate transactions. Daily tasks include lead generation, client follow-ups, market research, and report generation.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in a sales role
• Ability to perform market research and generate sales reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Knowledge of the Pune real estate market is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
