Job Title: Senior Sales Associate – International Process

Location: Mohali, India

Shift Timings: Flexible within UK Shift Hours (Drop facility available)

Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are hiring experienced professionals with 1–2 years of proven expertise in international voice-based sales or lead generation. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, a track record of meeting targets, and the ability to handle global clients confidently. This is a performance-driven role focused on engaging prospects, building interest, and generating qualified leads for the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive lead generation and customer engagement in the UK market.

• Handle outbound/inbound voice interactions with potential clients professionally.

• Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to generate high-quality leads.

• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records.

• Achieve individual sales/lead targets consistently.

• Ensure compliance with UK regulations and internal quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in international telesales, voice process, or lead generation (mandatory).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in working night shifts or UK process.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
