Role Overview

With that in mind, we’re looking for a Revit Modeler. This role focuses on creating, maintaining, and enhancing our Revit libraries and content. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Revit family creation and modelling, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality BIM standards
Responsibilities:
Create and modify Revit families, including detail items families, to support JLL's design projects.
Maintain and update existing JLL Revit libraries, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards.
Develop new Revit content to expand our library of assets and meet project-specific needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Revit families and content.
Strong knowledge in content creation and parametric properties of families.
Collaborate with technical teams to understand their needs and create appropriate Revit content.
Perform quality control checks on Revit families and content, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Revit family creation and BIM best practices.
Assist with interior design documentation might be required
Experience
Qualified professional in Design, Architecture or related discipline or field with 5-10 years of experience in Revit family creation and content development.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, with a focus on family creation, parametric modelling, and content libraries.
Strong understanding of BIM principles and how they apply to content creation and management.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with interior design documentation preferred
Familiarity with Dynamo would be beneficial.
Excellent English communication skills.
