The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients in the GIFT City branch of Mashreq. This role involves developing new business opportunities, deepening existing relationships, and ensuring high-quality customer service while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements. The RM will also contribute to the bank’s overall growth strategy by identifying and structuring appropriate financial solutions for clients.
• 9-12 years of experience in Corporate Banking, preferably in trade finance, structured lending, or treasury sales.
• Strong understanding of banking regulations in India (RBI, IFSC)
• Proven ability to develop and maintain high-value corporate client relationships.
• Experience in credit analysis, risk management, and financial structuring.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence client decisions.
• Familiarity with GIFT City financial regulations and incentives is a plus.
• Batchelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related fields; CFA/MBA preferred
