Senior Product Manager

Position Overview:

Airtel is seeking a highly qualified Senior Product Manager with substantial experience in product management to oversee the development of Martech products. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Data Engineering, Platform & Infrastructure Engineering, Data Science, and Clients. A comprehensive understanding of system architecture, UI/UX principles, and data-driven product development is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• · Lead the complete lifecycle of product development for martech platforms and segmentation solutions.
• · Work collaboratively with Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, and multifunctional teams to define product roadmaps and prioritise delivery.
• · Engage directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality products aligned with business objectives.
• · Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, ensuring consistent communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• · Decompose complex challenges into modular, scalable platform-based solutions for audience and cohort creation.
• · Drive the development of Martech products that effectively balance technical, business, and customer considerations.
• · Oversee P&L responsibilities and apply business acumen to create scalable value propositions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• · 4–7 years of enterprise product management experience, preferably with an emphasis on platform products.
• · Profound knowledge of system design and UI/UX as it relates to data-centric products.
• · Familiarity with the AdTech/MarTech landscape and hands-on experience with Campaign Management and Advertising Platforms.
• · Proven track record managing products within machine learning, data engineering, and platform engineering domains.
• · Technical expertise in cloud technologies and data infrastructure is desirable.
• · Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across engineering, product, partner, and client teams.
• · Demonstrated capability in delivering scalable, data-focused platform solutions.
