Senior Operations Manager

BiGo Electric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Head to lead and streamline the company’s operational and client service functions. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional coordination, and a sharp operational mindset to manage execution and service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient team performance across departments

Develop, monitor, and improve standard operating procedures to drive productivity and quality

Lead strategic planning, reporting, and operational alignment with top management

Act as the single point of contact for key clients, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery

Manage end-to-end client servicing including onboarding, execution, issue resolution, and feedback tracking

Coordinate with logistics, technical, and support teams for smooth and timely service execution

Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, internal workflows, and performance metrics

Implement systems to track client satisfaction and drive operational excellence

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field

1-3 years of proven experience in operations management

Experience in the EV, logistics, or tech sector is a plus

Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication skills and experience in handling B2B/B2C client operations

Hands-on with reporting, planning tools, and operational dashboards
