Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Computer Operator to manage tasks related to web surfing, Excel data management, and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will browse the internet for information, maintain accurate records in Excel, and handle purchases on e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Web Surfing:

• Conduct online research and gather relevant information as per company requirements.
• Identify and compile data from reliable sources on the web.
• Stay updated with online trends and tools to enhance research efficiency.

2. Excel Management:

• Organize, update, and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Use advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data sorting) to analyze and format data.
• Create detailed reports based on the collected data.

3. E-commerce Operations:

• Search for and compare products on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).
• Place and track orders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Maintain detailed records of purchases, invoices, and shipment statuses.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain logs of daily tasks and activities.
• Share reports and updates with the management team.

5. Coordination and Support:

• Work with other team members to understand data and purchase requirements.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic computer issues if required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field with a strong interest in computer operations.
• Proficiency in web browsing and research.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, charts, and data visualization).
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online shopping processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in data management or e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of internet tools and online research techniques.
• Basic understanding of office software beyond Excel (e.g., Word, PowerPoint).
