· Should have expert level knowledge and Hands on experienced in Cisco Networking products (Router, Firewall & Switches).
· Should have configuring and troubleshooting skills on Cisco Products. Experienced in LAN, WAN & Wireless networks; Well-understanding of Bridging and switching concepts and LAN technologies.
· Good understanding of OSI Model, TCP/IP protocol suite (IP, ARP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, FTP, TFTP) In depth knowledge in routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, IGRP, RIP, and RIPv2 In depth knowledge in troubleshooting Site-to-Site (IPSec) VPN, remote client VPNs Experienced with MPLS & Internet circuit installation.
· Working knowledge of IIS Server, DHCP Server, DNS Server and Proxy server on Windows & Linux. Knowledge in NIC Teaming & Load balancer.
· Proficiency in IDS/IPS and access control management Monitor, control, and manage recovery from any network failures or problems.
· Approve network and configuration changes. Should have knowledge on network setup of Virtualized server platform to create network solutions in situations which requires an in-depth analysis/evaluation of variable factors Providing training to staff and preparing the network documentation
Ø Experienced in ticketing tools.
Ø Project management skills
Ø SKILLS /CERTIFICATIONS
Ø CISCO Must Cisco Certified CCNP; if not CCNP, must certified in CCNA Routing & switching
Ø Project Management Any certification in project management or knowledge of project management life-cycle
Ø OS MICROSOFT Windows Active directory, Windows 2016 & 2019
Ø Excellent written and oral communication skills; Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities
Ø Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
