Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive Location: Bangalore Company: Hasiru Realty Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Executive to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role demands creativity, strong analytical thinking, and proven ability to manage campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Key Responsibilities:    •   Develop and implement marketing plans for projects, events, and launches.    •   Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, print, and on-ground channels.    •   Manage performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads), SEO, and social media strategies.    •   Track ROI and key KPIs; generate reports and insights for management.    •   Liaise with branding agencies, media partners, and vendors.    •   Coordinate with sales, design, and project teams to align marketing with business goals.    •   Plan and execute marketing events, expos, site visits, and customer engagement activities.    •   Oversee content development—brochures, emailers, creatives, social media posts, and videos.    •   Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements based on market trends. Requirements:    •   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.    •   3–6 years of experience in a marketing role (real estate experience preferred).    •   Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.    •   Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.    •   Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.    •   Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
