Senior Manager Talent Acquisition

As a Senior Manager / Group Manager at Netscribes in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in leading the company's talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top-tier talent across all levels. You will be responsible for fostering a data-driven recruitment environment, building and managing relationships with key talent pools, universities, and industry professionals, and leading executive-level and niche hiring for strategic roles. Additionally, you will develop and promote the company's employer brand and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, with 15+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including 3-5 years in a leadership role in the technology or analytics sector. You should have a proven track record of designing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, strong leadership and people management skills, experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, and excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
