Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai that involves various roles in Forex Card Product & Operations. Candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Forex Card Product, including Product Development, Operations, Market Analysis, Data Mining, Business Strategies, Planning & Execution. Daily tasks include collaborating with internal teams and partners to design, launch, and optimize Forex Card solutions. The role also involves Compliance Management, Fraud Risk Management, Inventory Management and ensuring a seamless customer experience through continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Credit Cards and Debit Cards
• Relevant experience should be 6+ years in FOREX cards
•  Experience in Product Management, Market Analysis and Strategic Planning.
• Knowledge of Card Products, Payment Instruments and Financial Services will be preferred.
• Skills in collaborating with Internal Teams, Partners and Managing Compliance Requirements.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and customer-centric service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the foreign exchange industry is a plus
• Experience in API-driven platforms and fintech is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
