Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager - FOREX located in Chennai. The Regional Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure client satisfaction. The role includes developing and implementing strategic plans, handling sales, and ensuring compliance with RBI regulations. The manager will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and analyzing market trends to maximize business growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of corporate sales Forex industry practices
  • Proven skills in Lead Generation and Sales
  • Experience in Sales Operations
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6+ years of experience
  • Experience in the foreign exchange industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team
