Senior Manager

1. Managing accounting records, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Assist in the production of internal Management Accounts and annual external statutory/non-statutory reports and regulatory returns;
4. Month end journal adjustments, accruals, prepayments, payroll and fixed asset postings in line with accounting policies
5. Reviewing postings from sub-ledgers, receivables (AR), payables (AP), banks and fixed assets and GL reconciliations
6. Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts to ensure validity of reporting numbers;
7. Investigation of reporting variances;
8. Liaison with tax advisors for monthly/quarterly/annual tax returns.
9. Knowledge on IFRS/IAS standards.
10. Liaison with internal and external Auditors
11. Liaising with internal stakeholders in dealing with queries;
12. Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
13. Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
14. Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
15. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Quality Requirement

1. Manage accounting records and ensure their accuracy

3. Produce financial reports related to budgets, account payable, account receivables, expenses etc.
4. Monitor internal controls
5. Oversee and manage all general ledger activity
6. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements and professional standards
7. Coordinate or direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurement, or investment activities

Qualification

1. sProven work experience as a Financial Controlle
2. rProficiency in accounting softwar
3. eStrong analytical skill
4. sSolid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principle
5. sWorking knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulation
6. sGraduation degree in Finance, Accounting or Economic
7. sProfessional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plu
