About the Role:

As a Senior Laravel Developer at InvesQ, you will play a key role in the backend development of our web applications, ensuring that they are optimized, scalable, and secure. You will also mentor junior developers, review code, and make critical architectural decisions to shape the future of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable web applications using the Laravel Framework.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and front-end developers to implement new features and functionalities.
• Write clean, secure, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Lead code reviews, ensure code quality, and guide team members through performance tuning and architectural decisions.
• Mentor junior developers, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Actively contribute to improving development workflows, tools, and techniques.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience with PHP and the Laravel Framework.
• Expertise in MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimization.
• Proven experience with RESTful APIs, Laravel Queues, Events, and Notifications.
• Familiarity with Git workflows, Docker, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, OOP principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing (PHPUnit) and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Leadership experience and the ability to guide junior team members.

Nice to Have:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred, but not required).
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
