About the Role:

As a Social Media Manager at InvesQ, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s online presence. From content creation to campaign management and analytics, you will lead the charge in building community, driving engagement, and ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Create and manage content calendars, design eye-catching posts/stories, and write engaging captions.
• Launch and manage paid ad campaigns, including boosted posts, lead generation ads, and audience targeting.
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and generate regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to align content with brand goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven experience in social media management.
• Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of audience engagement strategies and content trends.
• Experience running paid social campaigns with budget management and optimization.
• Excellent written communication, creativity, and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and meet tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Certifications in social media marketing (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite) are a plus.
