About The Role

We are hiring a Senior HubSpot Specialist to support and optimize our marketing operations. You will be responsible for managing the HubSpot platform, building workflows, executing campaigns, and driving analytics insights that empower data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations within HubSpot including email campaigns, automation workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to implement demand generation and nurture strategies.
  • Ensure marketing data accuracy and hygiene, and maintain system documentation.
  • Create dashboards and generate reports to track marketing performance and ROI.
  • Support user training and platform adoption across the organization.
  • Assist in integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

  • 35 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and related tools.
  • Strong understanding of inbound marketing, automation, and lead management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing email campaigns, workflows, and landing pages.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred
