Job Description

Senior Full-Stack Developer

Location: Hybrid-Goa(Must)

Experience: 3 - 7 years

Start Date: Mid-August 2025 onwards

About the Role

We’re hiring a senior developer who can take full ownership-from architecture to delivery. You’ll lead full-stack product development, mentor junior devs, and help us scale thoughtfully.

What You’ll Do

Lead development across frontend and backend
Design scalable system architecture and deployment pipelines
Manage cloud environments and optimize performance
Guide the team on clean coding practices and tech decisions

Must-Have Skills

Expert in JavaScript and TypeScript
Deep experience with React/Next.js
Strong backend expertise with Node.js (Express or NestJS)
Solid command of MongoDB/PostgreSQL
Experience with REST and GraphQL APIs
Skilled in Docker, CI/CD, Git, and cloud platforms like AWS or DigitalOcean
Excellent communication and problem-solving mindset
