We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 4 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably within the textile industry. Proficiency in Telugu will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Assist in performance management and training coordination
• Support payroll inputs and attendance management
• Foster a positive work culture aligned with company values
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Working knowledge of HRMS and MS Office tools
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices
