Job Description

Key Responsibilities Material accounting: Maintain and monitor material standard cost. Aid in preparation of monthly margin reports, analyse the variance and produce suitable responses. Maintain accurate records of material transactions, including purchases, transfers, consumption, and adjustments. Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. Assist in the preparation of material cost reports, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. Expense Control: Monitor and control admin-related expenses to ensure cost efficiency. Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis. Product Costing & Pricing: Handle costing related activities in SAP. Prepare and maintain cost sheets for various products. Develop and analyse pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Fixed Assets & Capex Management: Handle Capex-related approvals and ensure proper accounting treatment. Maintain records and track capital expenditures. Management Information System (MIS) Support: Assist in preparing Monthly MIS reports and financial analysis. Support financial planning and forecasting activities. Ad-Hoc Projects: Take up special projects assigned by the management as per business needs. Show more Show less
