Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive - BI & MIS

Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Executive to join our Clients and Projects department, specializing in Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of data analytics, reporting, and project management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain BI and MIS reports to support decision-making processes
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to optimize business operations
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of BI tools
Assist in the implementation of new BI and MIS technologies and processes
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in business analytics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a BI or MIS role
Excellent Excel and PPT skills
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Project management experience is a plus
