PLC ,HMI programming & trouble shooting (Siemens,omron,allenbradely,Mitsubishi) ο LPS (LEAR Production System) Integration with the Process. ο Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan.. ο Execution of maintenance functions within budgeted costs and time. ο Responsibility included MTTR & MTBF. ο Exposure in to JIT Plant & Concept. ο Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities. ο Adhering KAIZEN & CI Projects as per monthly projected targets. ο Responsible for managing plant engineering equipments utilities, spares & consumable. ο Monitor the day-to-day functioning of all utilities for smooth functioning like diesel generator, Fire hydrant system, Safety related activities, plumbing, pipeline, A.C, etc. ο Prepare the usage plans for equipments, spare parts & consumables for department on daily basis. ο New Project Development, Inclusive of Layout, Process Flow, Poke Yoke Implementation, Cycle Time & Manpower Planning. ο Monitor and control consumption/provision of power, Diesel etc. ο Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertake measure to reduce wasteful consumption.
