Senior Developer/Team Lead_ReactJS

Job Title: Senior ReactJS Lead – Frontend + Project Management
Location: Technopark, Trivandrum | Work from Office
Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for a Senior ReactJS Developer who can also lead and manage projects. You’ll work on exciting web applications using React.js and Next.js, guide a frontend team, and help ensure projects are delivered on time with high-quality code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of web apps using React.js and Next.js
• Guide and mentor a team of front-end developers
• Plan and manage project timelines and tasks
• Work closely with designers, backend developers, and product teams
• Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure high performance
• Implement data fetching with React Query and GraphQL
• Build real-time features using WebSockets
• Stay up to date with modern front-end trends and tools

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js
• Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS
• Familiar with state management (Redux or Zustand)
• Experience using Tailwind CSS for styling
• Strong skills in GraphQL and React Query
• Experience implementing WebSockets for real-time features
• Familiar with Git and team collaboration tools

Project Management Skills:

• Experience in leading frontend projects and teams
• Good communication and planning skills
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Knowledge of Agile methods (Scrum or Kanban)

Good to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Testing knowledge (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹110,000.00 per month
