Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Senior Creative Design Lead who brings a strong creative vision and an eye for detail. In this role, you will focus on delivering high-impact design solutions across presentations, branding, and digital content. You’ll work closely with internal teams to translate concepts into compelling visuals, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation across all projects. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development process from concept to execution across various mediums 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards 
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks 
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of design output 
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, offering constructive feedback and guidance on design best practices, industry trends, and maintaining high visual standards. 
• Review and approve design work to maintain quality and brand consistency 
• Work on high-priority projects as a hands-on designer when required 
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high creative standards 

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in graphic design / visual communication design 
• A compelling and diverse design portfolio showcasing branding, web, digital and print work 
• Expertise in creative design authoring tools like Illustrator, Affinity, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. 
• Strong understanding of presentation design domain 
• Strong conceptualization and visual storytelling skills 
• Ability to balance creative and strategic thinking 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Leadership experience is a plus!
