🔍 About the Role: As a Senior BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their needs and demonstrating how our bookkeeping solutions can drive efficiency and growth. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to qualify leads, build relationships, and close deals. 💡 What You’ll Do: Identify and engage with qualified leads through outbound and inbound channels Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions Collaborate with Account Executives to transition qualified opportunities Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on KPIs Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings ✅ What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in financial services or SaaS Proven track record of exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial software Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a growth mindset and team-oriented attitude Show more Show less
