About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Associate to join our growing EdTech sales team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in achieving aggressive sales targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for career counseling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, leads follow-up, and referrals.
Counsel prospective students and parents regarding course offerings and benefits.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation, demonstration to closing the deal.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and follow-ups.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
Provide feedback to the management on market trends, competitor analysis, and student concerns.
Mandatory Criteria:
Must have successfully completed a minimum of 20 sales in the EdTech industry (B2C segment) in the past job(s).
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Comfortable with flexible working hours and weekend shifts.
