Your responsibilities will include: Connecting with and counseling working professionals on suitable Career Development Programs. Cold calling potential leads and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. Promoting management and professional programs tailored to the candidate’s profile and goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates via meetings, calls, and emails. Managing and updating candidate databases and records consistently. Meeting or exceeding monthly enrollment targets. Following established pre-sales and post-sales processes. Actively contributing as a team player to support overall sales goals.
