About the job

In Finance Technology within Saxo, we are responsible for building and maintaining Performance Analytics and Reporting platforms encompassing data warehouse and applications for Finance Department . These applications produce key critical measures like Earnings, Budgets for the Bank.

As a Senior Business Analyst , your role will demand liaising with Finance Stakeholders, requirement gathering and preparing artifacts like BRD(Business requirement Document), writing functional test cases, driving UAT and closing implementations. Participate in agile development lifecycle and taking ownership of your deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for liaising with business users in Finance functions.

• Be responsible for requirement gathering, prepare artifacts like BRD(business requirement document), Functional Specs.

• Be responsible for understanding and delivery of functionality which meet stakeholder needs in Finance & Risk.

• Be involved in functional testing of builds by writing and validating the test cases and signing off on UAT.

• Participate in an agile development process with emphasis on taking personal ownership and responsibility for your deliveries

• Be working with a high-performance team, which focus on technical professionalism and quality in deliveries

Your profile

As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic.
Further we are looking for a candidate with the following professional competencies: You should have business analysis experience ranging from 6 -10 years.

On Technology and Functional Side, you should have below mandatory skills.

• Good Understanding of Data warehouse. Expert in SQL.

• Bookkeeping, GL, Journal , PnL ,Earnings and related modules in Finance.

• Should be able to convert business requirements to User stories and Functional Specification

• Should be able to navigate DW and related Applications to answer end user queries on cube outputs.
  Good to have -

• MS BI Suite including SQL Server, Integration Services and Reporting Services, MS SSAS Stack (tabular + multidimensional)

• Experience in BI and visualizations tools
