Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Domestic Executive – Operations to join our growing travel agency team. The role involves coordinating with hotels, agents, and travel vendors to manage domestic bookings, ensure smooth operations, and deliver excellent service to clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with hotels, travel agents, and third-party vendors for bookings across India.
• Handle domestic hotel reservations as per client requirements and budget.
• Follow up with vendors to confirm bookings and ensure timely updates.
• Act as a bridge between clients and partners, ensuring clarity and prompt communication.
• Maintain booking records and prepare operation sheets.
• Manage booking changes, cancellations, or special requests.
• Provide support to the sales or customer service team on operational queries.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
• Build and maintain good relationships with hotel representatives and suppliers.
• Handle escalations in coordination with the operations manager.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (Hindi & English)
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Basic knowledge of hotel categories, geography, and domestic tourism
• Familiarity with email and MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
