Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Inbound Operations Executive / Inbound Operations (Domestic) to manage and coordinate travel bookings and operations for domestic destinations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and a strong understanding of the travel industry, especially in handling domestic travel itineraries and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound travel queries and bookings from B2B agents for domestic destinations. Coordinate with local DMC partners, hotels, transport providers, and other vendors to ensure smooth service delivery. Prepare customized itineraries and quotations based on client requirements. Ensure timely confirmation and delivery of travel services. Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings and operations on internal systems. Resolve any issues or last-minute changes related to bookings promptly. Provide excellent support and service to B2B partners to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the tech and sales team to improve the overall booking experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound domestic travel operations (B2B preferred). Strong understanding of destinations, suppliers, and products within India. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools/systems.
