We're Hiring: Junior & Senior Architects — Terra Atelier LLP | Bhowali, Nainital Are you a passionate and skilled architect looking to work in the serene and creative hills of Uttarakhand? Terra Atelier LLP , a design-focused firm specializing in sustainable and hill architecture, is expanding its team. We’re hiring for the following full-time roles: 1. Junior Architect Experience: Minimum 2 years (Post-graduation) Software Proficiency: Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed construction, electrical, plumbing, and services drawings Assist in design development, 3D modelling & realistic rendering Prepare project presentations and client decks Requirements: Must be a graduate in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university Should speak and understand Hindi fluently Must have a strong portfolio reflecting design clarity and technical skill Preference for local candidates or those willing to relocate to Bhowali and commute to the office daily Smart, quick learner with an eye for design 2. Senior Architect Experience: Minimum 5 years (Post-graduation) Software Proficiency: Strong command of Revit , construction detailing, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants Supervise and review detailed working drawings and on-site coordination Review and guide the preparation of services, structural & presentation drawings Requirements: Graduate in Architecture (B.Arch or higher) Fluent in Hindi and English Strong leadership and time management skills Should possess latest portfolio demonstrating a balance of aesthetics and execution Must be local or willing to move near our office in Bhowali Location: Shyamkhet, Bhowali, Nainital, Uttarakhand Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat) Come be a part of our mission to create thoughtful, site-sensitive architecture rooted in the Himalayas!
