Senior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural planning and design for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Develop project concepts, feasibility studies, and master plans in alignment with business goals
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations
• Oversee site development and ensure adherence to safety, legal, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to integrate all design aspects
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple phases
• Review and approve all technical drawings and documentation
• Interface with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities
• Ensure sustainability and green building practices are considered in all projects
• Guide and mentor junior architects and design staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Licensed Architect preferred (COA or equivalent)
• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in real estate, construction, or infrastructure projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other design tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and local construction regulations
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to visualize and implement innovative architectural solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
