(ARH), with a minimum of 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and drafting of building plans for various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial structures. Your responsibilities will include producing detailed CAD drawings, renderings, and color boards to develop precise designs that align with client specifications. Moreover, you will be accountable for ensuring accuracy in measurements and calculations, collaborating with engineers to adhere to local codes, and supervising project progress from inception to completion. Qualifications required for this position are: - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a relevant field. - 12 or more years of experience in architectural design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite.
