OverviewThe Senior Architect – Design is responsible for leading design development, refining design concepts, and ensuring alignment with design intent and client requirements. Experience 4 - 7 years in real estate with preferred exposure in education design Responsibility HeadKey ResponsibilitiesOrganisation LevelLevel 03RoleSenior Architect – TechnicalExperience10-15 yearsSalary Range₹50,000 to ₹60,000Design- Collaboration with the design team to finalise details for critical and innovative design elements.- Maintain creative intent while ensuring technical feasibility.Technical- Develop, detail and approve critical technical details, GFC drawings, and tender documentation.- Resolve all technical issues at the drawing stage itself before issuing GFC.Project Delivery- Oversee technical deliverables across all project stages, ensuring constructability and compliance.- Approve shop drawings and resolve technical conflicts during execution.Coordination- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants and design team for technical inputs.- Manage studio-to-site communication for technical resolutions and issue tracking.Project Management- Prepare, schedule and track all technical deliverables, ensuring timely completion.- Review and approve all technical deliverables for quality and adherence to timelines.Other Responsibilities- Update and maintain BIM modeling standards.- Train staff on technical workflows, documentation, and site requirements.
