Role: Inside Sales Executive (Admissions Counselor)

Experience Required:

Responsibilities

• Own the complete

  sales cycle

  – from lead outreach to conversion

• Understand learner needs

  and pitch the right upskilling programs
• Make

  100+ outbound calls

  per day to warm leads (no cold calling)
• Use CRM tools for

  pipeline management and follow-ups

• Work closely with a

  high-performance team

  to achieve monthly targets

You’ll Excel If You Have:

• 1+ years of

  inside sales or B2C EdTech

  experience
• Strong English communication and consultative selling skills
• Motivation to meet targets and earn incentives
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., LeadSquared, Zoho, Salesforce)
