Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Admission Counselor with 2–3 years of proven experience in student counseling or educational sales. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and a deep understanding of the admissions landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, admission procedures, eligibility, and program benefits.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, inquiries, and follow-ups from prospective students.
• Guide students through the complete admission process from enquiry to final enrollment.
• Maintain detailed records of student interactions, applications, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for leads and campaign responses.
• Represent Campus Search during education fairs, seminars, and college connect programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and training centers.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in education or counseling is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in admission counseling, student support, or educational sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both in English and local language).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve enrollment targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
• A student-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
