Job Summary:

Adsomia India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and talented individual who can combine creativity with mentorship. The ideal candidate will take on a dual role – as a Creative Designer responsible for designing visual content for campaigns and clients, and as a Tutor who can guide and train aspiring designers and interns within our academy or training program.

Key Responsibilities:As a Creative Designer:

• Develop engaging visual content including branding materials, social media creatives, advertisements, and video storyboards.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver designs that align with client needs and campaign goals.
• Conceptualize original and creative design ideas for various platforms (digital and print).
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with attention to deadlines and quality.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies.

As a Tutor:

• Train and mentor students, interns, and junior designers on design fundamentals, tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.), and industry best practices.
• Conduct workshops, sessions, and live demos on various aspects of creative design and content creation.
• Provide constructive feedback and guide learners in building a professional portfolio.
• Assist in curriculum development and improvement of the training module.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to teach, mentor, and communicate concepts clearly.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven portfolio of design work is mandatory.
• Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is a plus.
