Role Overview: We are seeking high-energy and passionate Admission Counselors to join our regional sales team. This role is focused on school outreach, counselling sessions, and enrolment conversions across either Karnataka or Tamil Nadu . Key Responsibilities: Reach out to prospective learners and parents through calls, in-person school visits, and seminars Counsel students on Infinity Learn programs and guide them toward suitable courses Conduct parent-student sessions and seminars at partner schools Manage documentation, enrolment formalities, and fee collection Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, School Ops) for smooth execution Maintain updated records in CRM and ensure enrolment targets are met Ideal Candidate Profile: 1 - 5 years of experience in test prep counselling / education sales (B2B2C preferred) Graduate in any stream Excellent public speaking and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and regional language (Kannada for Karnataka role, Tamil for TN role) Willing to travel extensively within the assigned state Strong customer focus, ownership mindset, and persistence What We Offer: Opportunity to work with Indias fastest-growing EdTech Dynamic, learner-first culture Career growth in a mission-driven environment Travel + Impact – Take education to every corner of the state Note: This is a field role with extensive travel .
