Role Overview

As a Senior Executive, you will manage key brand and enterprise accounts, ensuring successful merchandise deployments that drive value for clients. You will lead cross-functional execution, grow client relationships, and contribute to strategy and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship management for mid-to-large brand accounts.

• Drive campaign planning, custom merch rollouts, and performance tracking.

• Ensure SLAs are met by working closely with design, production, and logistics teams.

• Develop client strategies, provide business insights, and identify growth opportunities.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in account servicing.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in account management, preferably in D2C, SaaS, or brand marketing.

• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.

• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and client-first approach.

• Experience working with tools like CRM, project management software, or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
