Job Description

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor. Sales and Business Development: Identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. Account Management: Managing the entire lifecycle of client accounts, from onboarding to renewal, and ensuring client satisfaction. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Leading and motivating a team of account executives, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Strategic Planning and Execution: Developing and executing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and contributing to the overall business strategy. Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with clients and internal teams, facilitating clear and consistent communication, and ensuring alignment on client needs and objectives. Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Addressing client issues and concerns promptly and effectively, finding solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to management, and analyzing market data to identify trends and opportunities. Product/Service Knowledge: Possessing a deep understanding of the company's products and services, and effectively communicating their value to clients.
