Shift Timings: 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound queries and convert potential leads into enrollments
• Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs
• Conduct detailed counselling calls to help learners make informed decisions
• Manage CRM entries, lead tracking, and follow-ups
• Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets based on WFH or WFO engagement

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or edtech
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with international markets (especially US) is preferred
• Comfortable working night shifts (mandatory)
